Fixed

LW-focused screen listener would still fire in the absence of LW Toolbox being installed, this should be fixed now.

Changed

Since the game has a built in limit of the relationship score soldiers can have with each other (100), the individual soldier shaken system has been re-adjusted, tiers now start at:

25 is low soldier cohesion

50 is med soldier cohesion

75 is high soldier cohesion

and 100 will be the realm of Bonding and Time Travellers

This can be adjusted in the .ini
