- fixed M249 reload lua error
- enabled bipod on Lewis

- "cw_kk_ins2_qnadetype" cvar replaced by "cw_kk_ins2_cyclenadetype" concommand (for simpler binding)
- updated DOI sweps to use newest models
- included hexed DOI assets which would otherwise conflict with base game
- updated timings on slow grenades
- updated animation tables on melee weapons
- quick grenade type now switches automatically upon ammo depletion
- rewritten C4/IED hooks - explosives should be less prone to conflict with other addons
- removed debug code that spammed console about function calls
- added missing DOI weapon icons
- fixed slow grenades causing "[Customizable Weaponry 2.0] lua/includes/modules/usermessage.lua:15: Tried to use a NULL entity!"
- improved ammo management on slow grenades
