- fixed doubled bullet mesh in DOI M1 Carbine magazines
- fixed being able to initiate reload during holster
- updated first deploy logic
- added support for free aim (with autocenter forced on)
- enabled taking aim while near wall (like in INS2)
- improved near-wall/safety/sprint holstering animation logic
- disabled cw_kk_throwfrag in MP until further development
- renamed nade and mel bases (and few other files)
- added SUSAT and M320 icons (update WS pack content)

- fixed quick knife being enabled after slow grenade pin pull
- removed unused hidden stuff

- content checks back in MP again
- updated CVMT Panel to v2.0
- holster anims no longer mix with SwimPos
- updated deployfirst, deploy and holster times to better match animations
- fixed many missing deploy/holster sounds

WElementThink/CL Flashlights update

- added bayonet for M1 Carbine
- fixed being able to start reload before pumping/bolting (base_pump only)
- updated slow grenades animation tables and funcs
- unified VM FOV settings
- updated Mosin, M40A1 and M590 to use base_pump
- flashlights are now entirely clientside
--> less sensitive to lags
--> less sensitive to host_timescale < 1
--> visible in 3rd person
--> visible on dropped sweps

- added quick grenade and melee attack gestures
