  • Gave a few tags proper ideas, rather than defaults

  • Adjusted some minor details with terrain, heightmap, & lakes

  • Implemented an incomplete start on the FR translation

  • Handful of minor adustments here & there to decisions, events, & missions. Nothing too major

  • Fixes all reported bugs (I hope, let me know if not) -Note: oops! Forgot the Greek typo yet again, that will be next hotfix.

  • Managed to give almost all the new provinces their intended names, with only a dozen "placeholders" left. (Capitals are still wacky, please bear with me)

  • Handful of very minor other changes, nothing that should much affect anyone outside of a couple additions to the on_action file.

  • Reoverhaul of the western half of North America, adding some 120+ province

  • Overhaul of southern Africa, adding some 80+ provinces.

  • Paper trade good finally replaced (with beer).

  • Note there is still some work in progress with missions, events, and localisations. I'll release hotfixes as I can.

  • If you're interested in more specific details, it might be easier to PM about it, as I'm not convinced anyone reads these.

  • Reintroduced later start date support, including 5 new tags for the later starts and quite a bit more detail.

  • Finally fixed that naming bug for Alaska and added the western Aleutian islands to their proper colonial region.

  • Began the gradual process of overhauling nation formation decisions to a more dynamic and more consistant intelligent %-of-land-owned based system, rather than the current system of requiring a few specific provinces along with other inconsistant and sometimes arcane requirements.

  • Added/overhauled/tweaked colonial missions in a rather heavy handed manner with the goal of, hopefully, nudging the AI into historical (or in the case of custom starts or highly divergent situations: plausible) colonial action. Still a work in progress so I welcome reports of how it is doing. (Yes, I did this *before* last week's dev diary. No, I am not thrilled that the work is probably going to have to be cut in the new system =p)

  • Added the United Kingdom as a tag, along with the appropriate formation decision. It is now possible for a late game Great Britain to annex the Viceroyalty of Ireland through the formation of this new tag.

  • Fixed a small handful of minor bugs related to English and Irish events, and generally cleaned everything up.

  • Changed the terrain of the Upper Nile to desert, as the snaking dryland looked rather bad, but added a province modifer to these provinces to keep the Nile provinces richer and easier to traverse than the Saharan Desert further removed from its banks.

  • Small handful more localised naming. Still not done yet, though, so please be patient with me.

  • Fixed a few localisation mistakes, type-os, and the like.
