Class Uniforms now work with Long-War

Fix clowntown code where I missed a break statement in a switch clause

I have added a new feature. If you have configured class uniforms, you can make this mod automatically apply them when you recruit a soldier, promote a rookie, or train a rookie into Psi. To enable go to the settings menu and check "Automatically Apply Class Uniforms". This defaults to off.

* Fixes for LW Toolbox hiding the Outfit Squad option on Squad Selection
* Fixes for LW Perk pack hiding the Uniforms options in the soldier menu

Potential fix for wearing uniforms from the other gender.

Attempted fix Anarchy's DLC missing arms issue

* ~~EXPERIMENTAL~~ You can now setup Gender + Class Specific uniforms. Look for a new button in the list of soldiers. (See Screenshots).
* Polish and Spanish Translations as provided by volunteers. See below for contributors. A few strings might not be translated.

Bug fix with importing from character pool

* You can now import uniforms directly from your character pool
* Italian, Russian German translations added as provided by volunteers.
