- Fixed missing line in PerfectInformation.int
- Fixed Issue with grenades do not have AbilityCooldown (Should no
longer give minor performance issue)
- Fixed BuffTooltip should now show correctly. Also added extra
information when the effects ends.
- Fixed that old Tooltips where showing instead of the new one.
- Fixed that old Tooltips where running in the background are now
removed. Should give a performance boost.
- Added a cap on 100% on hit chance.

Updates
- Hoping this update fixes the bug where aim/crit/dodge flyovers displayed incorrectly.
- 8 fewer mod class overrides - Should help with Geoscape Lag
- Enemy tooltips now show their weapon damage information
- Fixed a bug where the shot breakdown bar would be too long
- Added an MCM menu (still missing a few options)
- New implementation should have better performance, although it probably isn't noticeably better
- Bonus crit damage now accounts for upgrades, abilities, effects, etc

Bug fix:

- Reinforcement should now not break hit chance!
- Fixed that executed messages is hard to read. Edited the color.
