Updated to version 0.26

Added New palettes for all factions to go with the block update.

Added 'Scale Templates' for all factions currently planned ships. (need to Fix Klingon B.O.Ps after finding new measurement source material) (That is if Ican be bothered with the fiddling! :D)

Fixed some block errors
Readded Plattes for the unplayable factions
Work begins on the new scaling for ships

1 Block will now = 5 metres (Roughly)
(It will take me a while to rebuild all the ships to the right sizes although some are impressively close! (I think I was 1 block out with the Akira!)

Some ships I may just leave alone as they may be too much hassle to fix! Most ships are too small but some are too large, most notable Galazy/Nebula and Negh'var are all too big..

Added New Shape and Size blocks for all Factions
Added New Station Subsystem blocks for all Factions

Fixed busted up ships from adding new blocks!
Increased Efficientcy of larger Blue Prints so they are now complete without any holes!

Increased Zoom Out distance so that we can see where we are going when flying larger ships like the Galaxy Class.

Update 20 Breaks Custom ship blueprints. (Due to changing block IDs)

This will happen with the next few updates as I add in new block content and continue to organise the block file better.

So other than a reorganised block file (WHICH TOOK AGES!!!!!!!!! and still isn't finished...but the big work is done I just have to decide if I can be bothered to faff with the Fed and Klingon block positions more..)

I Modified Fed/Kli Hull blocks to take longer to grow. Test out and see which way it needs to go from here.

Fixed all the stupid mistakes I made.

Ships now have a lot more power compared to what they had before.

Shortened phaser charge time to 3 seconds because 5 seconds is an annoying long time to hold your mouse down..

Adjusted Block stats for Klingons and Federation.

Weapons are now seriously powerful!

Increased the range of all weapons massively. Unfortunately due to the way that Reassembly handles block shapes and weapons properties, all the phasers now look completely stupid... (Very Annoying!!!)

I added charge times to phasers (along with adjusting all the stats to work with this setting)

Increased reload time for all torpedoes (and twiddled with them so they are much harder to destroyer with point defense)

Started balancing shields and power supplies to match the new power requirements. (nowhere near right..)

Feedback appreciated I have only watched some in the tournament, so I cannot see how power supply is affected by combat yet..

Unlocked the extra factions and added 'palette ships' so that anyone can now design ships for the unfinished factions using the existing black sets, though these will probably require additional edits to make them more unique, which might make things...complicated!
