Fix for new overlay

New overlay for turrets. Spread of all 5,56 weapons changed to 0,3 degree because spread of vanilla weapons have been changed in one of previous updates (there was no spead for 5,56 turrets and 0,5 degree spread for 5,56 machinegun before).

220mm shells nerfed a bit: speed decreased from 220 to 200, explosion radius decreased from 7 to 5.

Updated to the latest game version - "BurstFireRate" parameter added to the 220mm turret, so there will be no endless reload after first shot.

Fixed 220mm turret self-shots (I hope). Rebalance for 5.56 machinegun to make it more useful against cyberhounds and sabiroids: RPM changed from 700 to 900, spread angle changed from zero to 0.5. Due to bad shell speed calculation in Space Engineers, initial speed of 220mm shell changed from 400 to 220, acceleration changed from -86 to zero.
