Loop Performance improvements.

Pillar Debug option added to AMU to debug pillars on an individual, toggleable basis to output debug to server logs. (Pillar Options Page)

Force Field now adjusts brightness according to time of day.

Fixed Force Field mesh occasionally becoming active when buff was not.

Fixed startup delay bug that presented itself with v233.0 and how world saves are handled when being loaded, which could set dino HP to 0/0 if FixBugged was true and the server tripped the restart delay falsely. It is advised to not use FixBugged unless you have good reason, it is really kinda outdated at this point.

Changed DMG Material Type to Metal

Changed Dino Detection method which could cause hanging when trying to process new dinos. ORP will have to go through a dino detection method with the respective tribe online on the first run of the new method to build the Tribes Dino Array.

Changed Debuff nature to ensure Dinos are debufed before debuffing structures, causing a conflict of running loop, causing it to never debuff for servers that would fire multiple buff/debuff events during a running loop due to high/unconfigured LoopDelay.

Added new function to handle changing tribe name on the ORP pillar when tribes merge.

Added New Admin MultiUse Menu. Admins will now set Structures Take No DMG and Dinos Take No DMG there. Also will display information about that pillar and the server settings.
Moved RemoveORP to the MultiUse Menu.
Added function to disable Dino Multipliers so that admins can then reboot with 1.0 for HP and DMG after disabling multipliers in the MultiUse Menu.
Added Processing element to ORP to notify players/admins if the pillar is working on something
Added Force Buff to AMU (help with debugging if issues arise/admins can use this to verify their settings)

ORP will no longer activate on Server Restart if the player bringing the specific ORP out of stasis from restart is part of the same tribe and they were not buffed before restart, helping to save Server Resources on startup.

Better Handling of low DebuffDelay with a high LoopDelay

New INI Options:
NoOfflineRaiding - If set to True, this will auto flag StructuresTakeNoDMG and DinosTakeNoDMG True. If you want to avoid XP manipulation of Dinos, set both HP and DMG Multipliers to 1.0 This does not, however, make any adjustments to the timers. You will still need to configure those to your liking.

If you want there to still be offline raiding, but want to have an option of the two, you can pick and choose with StructuresTakeNoDMG and DinosTakeNoDMG while leaving NoOfflineRaiding set to False. This will make the structures/dinos unable to be damaged and avoids dealing with the health modifiers. XP and DMG modifiers are still in place for Dinos.

DisableDinoBuff - If set to true, will ignore all Dino handling. Dino's will not be buffed.

DisableStructureBuff - If set to true, will ignore all Structure handling, and Structures will not be buffed.

You can pick and choose which settings you want to deal with for either Structure or Dino's, independently.

Public Release v01.19.16.04 - ***MAJOR*** Fixed a bug with the base timer which factored wrong leading into extreme delayed activations.

Added Player Name Support for server logs when a Player is not part of a Tribe. Players not in a Tribe will need to pick up all of their ORPs and place them again systematically to set this. ORP uses a crude ID counting method by +1 the total amount of ORPs the Tribe already has in the world to store the Tribe/Player name and ID when an ORP is placed.

Added more info to Debug printing.

Added more printing to server logs for admins. Logs will now show when and who (Player if no Tribe or Tribename) places an ORP along with what # of ORP that is for them out of the Tribe Limit.

Cleaned up printing to server logs to make it easier to read for server admins.

Public Release v01.17.16.03 - Even more attempts at trying to prevent killing dinos.

Added 30s delay (default) to the server restart buffs. You can set this with StartupDelay=30.0. If you are having the dino killing bug, try setting this even higher to make sure you have a chance to watch what is happening to try and help provide a little better feedback.

Also added INI option RemoveORP=True to remove ORP, you should also flag Debug=True when you do this.

Also added INI option FixBugged=True for servers that have 'forever buffed' entities. This attempts to fix their state by dividing by the multiplier, since previous values are now unknown. EXPERIMENTAL

Further Server Performance Improvements when dealing with the loops.

Public Release v01.16.16.02 - Fixes Visibility bug on Force Field mesh. Added in even more checks on top of the existing ones to make sure dino's HP can never be set to 0 or lower. Couple server performance improvements.
