Fixed placement trace offsets to allow placing next to other structures. Placement height is two standard walls high. Placement width is one foundation length and width.

Updated the Primal Game Data with mid info.

Testing completed single player, non-dedicated server and dedicated server. Clean tested by removing mod with forged still up on the servers. No crashes and structures were removed after mod removed from active mods.
