Updated pathfinding for guards, they should get stuck on each other less often now.
Removed Thor Unit: They simply haven't fulfilled the purpose I hoped they would, so I can't justify such a complex design which I've been unable to come up with a solution for.
Reworked the Sharpshooter's main mechanic to allow for a little more counterplay. Visuals outside of Tactical View unfortunately don't work correctly, will try to come up with a workaround.
Removed Alarm Reserve Pool, since it didn't really serve a purpose. Gave Sentinels Pulse Grenades instead. It's a little redundant since other FTM guards can fulfil the same purpose as the grenades and better, but it's the only part of the Thor Unit I still kinda like.
Guards with a persistent interest point, like those summoned by mission objectives, will no longer try to alert others with Guard Communication until after they've investigated that interest.
Inspectors are now limited to one per level at a time.
Feedback Overloader now uses the correct radius as stated in the description.
Added Neptune exclusive traits to Hard Mode.
Hard Mode no longer changes the stats of N-Umi's drones.

Fixed Sprinters missing animation data that was needed to disguise as them.
System Admins, Financial Executives, and Ghost Units now use unarmed animation variants instead of holding an imaginary gun.
Fixed base game bug where Scientists didn't play the panic animation.
Enforcer Drones now carry PWR.
Adjusted item drop tables for several guards.

Updated processEMP for drones to be compatible with mods that add new parameters to it.
