Changelog:
~ Removed ALiVE...all of it. ALiVE is no longer used in this mod (This fixes the loading screen hang once and for all)
~ Added EOS zones for enemies.
~ Updated APFC to use apex weapons.
~ Added new A3M Objects version. Added some new objects to the map.

Fix Altis ALiVE Misconfiguration, Load Time Estimation 7 Mins, Removed AAF ALiVE presence, Added ALiVE AI Chopper pilot to Altis edition in upgrades, Tweaked the medical center with new objects.
