1. 乱射的触发几率从25%下降到20%。

v2.09 update.
· New hero: Gyrocopter - Talent: Volley.
· New hero: Storm Spirit - Talent: Overload.
· Riki's talent [Backstab] bonus damage decreased from 100% to 90%。
· Player now start with 15 eagle coins.
· If you random your hero, you will start with 17 eagle coins, but if you re-pick, the amount will be 13.
· Random range of stars' attribute bonus decreased by 1.
· X marks now stackable.
· Some bug fix.
