* Snares now divided to first level and second level
* Cop's trick can be upgraded to protect you from hooks
* Increased repair range
* Fixed some minor bugs

Added kick system. Vote avaliable from context menu on players icon in top panel or nickname in flyout scoreboard.
Vote principles:
1. You can't vote for other team or youself
2. You can't vote for host.
3. You can't vote more often than 1 time in half minute.
4. First vote avaliable after 4 minutes..
5. Vote shows for all players in team except initiator and target player.
6. Number of positive votes must be greater than negative votes.
7. Vote lasts 10 seconds.
8. Only real votes counted. No default value.
9. Mini actors can't vote for petroses.
