V 4.0

-- Added more techs to prehistoric era
-- Added Elder's Hut which gives 1 science
-- Added Firepit which gives 1 production and 1 food
-- Added Nomad which is very weak, slow, early game scout (upgrades to scout and becomes obsolete at Scouting tech)
-- Changed the Research process prerequisite tech to Civilization allowing you to use it on start
-- Removed science cost per city
-- Removed science increase per population
-- Removed culture, gold and science at start
-- Removed palace at start (you get it later through tech)
-- Reduced food and production values at start
-- Increased food consumption rate by popuation
-- Increased food threshold to next population
-- Increase culture threshold to next social policy
-- Increased culture requirement to next border plot

BUGS:

-- Sometimes when you open up the tech tree the game crashes completely (I am unsure as to why this happens right now but I am looking into it. Any ideas?)

TO DO:

-- Fix the above bug
-- Increase cost of golden age
-- Decrease starting happiness
-- Finish prehistoric era
++ Add more techs
++ Finish current techs
++ Add more buildings
++ Add more units
++ Add social policies
++ Finish text for everything
++ Finish AI flavors for everything
-- Reduce sight from city and units
-- Make fog of war return after moving away from it (until mapping is researched)
-- Somehow get rid of the starting 6 plots around the city and reduce it to just the plot the city is on
-- Somehow get rid of ancient ruins from the game while this mod is running
