**Gameplay:**

* Vanillafied the experience per level table from 1 to 25 levels. Still 35 levels total.

**UI:**

* Added a "Tip of the day" to the loading screen

**Mechanics:**

* Radiant Defenders will no longer lose their upgrades once the corresponding barracks fall.
* Fixed a possible problem that may cause the chosen Ultra difficulty to be ignored and set to Easy instead.

Due to the way how 7.20-7.21 changed the balance, many abilities and items are now vanillafied.
Almost all heroes and items changed.

* Fixed Radiant Defender creeps not spawning at horde_2p_ultra map.
* Horde Ultra Skills now have proper descriptions.
* Treant King Boss now have a special Boss grade Living Armor ability, granting 120 stacks of 120 damage block for 30 seconds, with cooldown of 12 seconds.
* Kappapult now has a special kind of Liquid Fire ability(no cooldown, 24 damage per second).
* Archer Boss:
* * Day and Night visions increased greatly
* * Attack range increased slightly
* * Attack speed increased slightly
* Lizard creeps now have a special kind of Slardar's Bash of the Deep(0.3 stun duration)
* Fixed towers not copying attacker's attack range
* Disco Pony Diabolic Edict damage increased from 9/18/27/36 to 11/22/33/44

Armor of Insight recipe cost reduced from 1800 to 800
Manta Style 2 now requires it's own recipe for 1200 gold, instead of regular Manta Style recipe.
Manta Style 2 cooldown reduced from 30/45 to 15/20 seconds.
Fixed Exalted Solar Crest not granting evasion to the wielder.
Reduced Exalted Solar Crest's cooldown from 10 to 7, and increased duration from 5 to 7, to be consistent with Medallion of Courage and regular Solar Crest's cooldowns.
Increased Exalted Solar Crest's bonus armor from 20 to 25
Exalted Diffusal Blade's illusion manaburn increased up to 45 for both ranged and melee illusions
Reduced Exalted Echo Sabre's cooldown from 3 to 2.2
Increased Aether Lens spell amplification from 3/6/9/12% to 5/10/15/20%
Greatly reduced blink dagger upgrade cost, from 1500 to 600 per each level. (2100 total for level 3 Blink Dagger)
Willful resonance and Resonant shard are now dealing full damage instead of base damage. Now affected by stuff like critical hits and etc.
Willful resonance now deals 40%/30% damage instead of 80%/60%.

Cursed rapier:
No longer prevents healing.
Reduces all incoming healing down to 35%.
Now drains 150 health on toggle
No longer provides bonus 150 damage when toggled on
No longer makes user immune to Magic and Physical damages
No longer alters attack range
Cooldown reduced from 3 to 0.5
Now provides 20% reduction to all 3 damage types(Physical, Magic and Pure) when toggled on

Scythe of Vyse:
Fixed 0 radius instead of 400
Fixed duration being 3.5 instead of 6
Reduced cost of exalted recipes from 4000 to 3000

Fixed several Ultra Abilities not behaving like auras.

Bosses:
Slightly increased Ripper Sharpshooter's vision and attack range. Removed Dragons Javelin out of its inventory. Added Medusa's Split Shot ability.
Rock golem boss now has a War Fury.
Even more lights for the Disco Pony.

Horde:
New aura abilities like Flame of Blight and etc. no longer affect buildings.
Towers have learned how to get those pesky keens they couldn't reach before.
Fixed Small golems freezing in place

Gold bag overhaul
Removed gold bag drops from non-boss creeps
Bosses (and mini-bosses) now drop a single gold chest (bag) worth 2500g (1000g)
Total chest/bag gold earned per player before the start of infinite waves is now 18000g
4p/5p maps: the new total is roughly the same as the average total before the changes
2p map: the new total is roughly double of the average total before the changes
These changes remove the substantial variation in gold earned from bags due to different wave combinations and different numbers of lanes on 4p/5p and 2p maps
Each money creep now drops a single gold coin worth 200g (same total gold value as before)
Rapier Ogre now drops a 2500g gold chest
Gold coins/bags/chests are no longer selleable

Auras
Blight aura redesigned: now gives a -2% health regen per second penalty in a 500 unit radius
Slight buffs to other auras

Items
Resonant Shard: a weaker version of Willful Resonance that builds into it
Willful Resonance: bonus to all stats increased from +25 to +30; main attack target magic damage bonus increased from +50 to +0.5*(base attack damage); splash damage slightly reduced; now requires a 1000g recipe
Cursed Rapier: health drain reduced from 6% to 5%; cooldown reduced from 5s to 3s; active ability no longer affects Spirit Bear; active modifier is now properly removed on unequip

Enemies
Kobold Guard boss now carries Dragon Javelin 5
