One more Scoreboard update

Try to fix panorama
Add new scoreboard

The Discord button moved to the top.
Fix a rare case when user can cross the river.

Rearm hotfix.

Add game timer on top panel.
Rearm cooldown reduced (3 2 0).
Rearm now reduce only half of Rod of Atos cooldown.
Tome of rearm price reduced to 800 gold.
Octarine Core price reduced to 600 gold.

Rearm now has 3 levels (Coldown time 4 3 2 sec)
Add Tome of Rearm. Increases the Rearm ability level after using. Costs 1200 gold.
Fix hook animation while throwing across the river.
