New : racing blue falcon! NPC
Testing out animators for follow track.
Kept speed decent soo that if you boost and dont die you should be able to come in 1st!

Updated all guard rails and roads to new textures.
There are 30 F-Zero Machines scattered throughout
The cylinder has been changed to a halfpipe to resemble mutecity 4 from the expansion kit.
The blimp from mario kart fzero has been added to the finish
The multijump part has been changed to a no wall thin road part with f-zero machines in the way.
No wall part is resembling mute city 2 from f-zero x
