Fixed dota music playing over game music.

Added 2 new commands - Only usable by player 0 (blue):
-playmusic : Starts the song is stopped
-stopmusic : Stops the song from playing

Fixed Animation

There are now two animations you can pick from while sliding (idle and flail). Type in '-toggleanimation' to toggle between the two settings.
