MAJOR:
– Added Liao culture to the Chinese culture group.
– Added Liao (CH0) as a new cultural tag.
– Added Xibei Chinese and Liao national ideas.
– All countries with Jianghuai culture have the Ming idea set.
– Forming the Qing Dynasty causes Liao culture to be removed from the map.

SCENARIO:
– Removed / Adjusted cores for the "Reign of 10,000 Princes" scenario to improve the survival chances of several smaller tags (Liao, Tang, Huai, etc.)
– Added forts to both scenarios to improve several tag's defensive abilities.
– Liao now exists as a 5-province Holy Principality (Confucian Monastic State) in southern Manchuria. It can change to a Chinese State if it forms Zhen or takes the cultural union decision.

MAJOR:
– Fixed government bonuses scripting error and added localization for all ranks of Chinese State, with a separate localization for Korean Chinese States.
– Merged the Chinese State and Chinese Empire government types back into one single government type.
– Fixed Cultural tags for Hubei, Xibei and Jianghuai cultures (should now be Wuhan, Gansu and Bo respectively).

SCENARIO:
– Added in a Chahar khanate to the north of Jin in the 10,000 Princes scenario.
– Removed some stray Xi cores that existed at game start.

MAJOR:
– Adapted files to match EUIV Patch 1.12 (Common Sense Update)
– Forming a new dynasty or uniting China now causes a global event to pop.
– Minor tags that unite China no longer have any Dynasty Formation decisions available (if you got that far, chances are you never wanted to change your tag).
– Mod adapted to hopefully support new Government Rank mechanic in the decisions and history files: regular tags are Ducal, dynastic challengers are Kingdoms, unchallenged dynasties are Empires.
– Fixed localization error for High Chinese tech group.
– Jin and Qing's colors are now back to their original, less eye-searing, shades.

SCENARIO:
– Yi and Miao should be slightly easier to play as.
– Yue gets one more province at the expense of Guangxi.
– Tang, Qin, Huai and Min retain pre-1.12 Mercantilism bonuses because of their difficult starts.

CULTURES:
– Current error with cultural tags for Hubei, Jianghuai and Xibei cultures (will be corrected next update).
– Split Mongol cultures (Mongol/Ilkhanic, Chahar, Khalkha, Oirat, and Buryat) into their own culture group.
– Added Ryukyuan to the Japanese culture group and made Ryukyu its cultural tag.

– Updated to patch 1.10 (El Dorado)
– Province histories should now include the new Center of Trade modifiers and also the associated extra costs for the Nation Designer feature in El Dorado.
– Vanilla Mandate of Heaven Events now can fire during the Mandate Lost disaster.
– The first major Hidden Fun Stuff event now can trigger only in the 1525-1625 time range.
