~ Added a Training Room by request. Equipped with sword & Bow racks the training dummies and target build your skills when you hit them.
~ Addition Storage shortcuts are added to the basement for Armor & Weapons that are stored in upstairs vanilla containers.

I Added a Book to the podium in the upstairs hall that teaches the New Spell "Teleport to Breezehome"

Fixed Jahna's But/Sell bug where she wouldn't give gold when you sold items to her. She had too much gold in her merchant chest. $30,000 is the limit so she has $29,500 now to be safe
