In this update I added;
~ simple arrow crafting provided you have the appropriate PERK.
~ Incendiary Arrows improved and the ability to make Fire Salts also PERK dependent.
~ Amended the Whiterun Home Decorating Guide to include the new upgrades.
~ Wrote a Recipe Book for the home.
~ Added a Garden outside with a fence.
~ Darkened Vivian's hair a bit.
~ added flower boxes and a tree outside.

Fixed Jahna's But/Sell bug where she wouldn't give gold when you sold items to her. She had too much gold in her merchant chest. $30,000 is the limit so she has $29,500 now to be safe
