Updated to RC3:
-Added menu photos and mission briefing.

Updated to RC2:
-Fixed players getting stuck in resurrection portals (for sure this time).
-Fixed rare bug that added phantom numbers to the HUD for alive-player counts.
-Resurrecting players now briefly see allied-player outlines (as though they were respawning).
-Respawning and resurrecting players now have increased spawn-invulnerability if they are outnumbered 2-to-1 in their respective zones.
-Added an additional Gargoyle-spawned line for testing.
-Slightly re-weighted probabilities of Devil voicelines to slightly increase ratio of calm lines to shouty lines.
-Further improvements to visuals and performance.

Updated to RC1:
-Fixed an issue where a player could jump in front of an enemy's resurrection portal right when they resurrect and get themselves and the enemy both stuck.
-Resurrected two ghost pumpkins so that they are no longer ghosts.
-Added remaining alternate voicelines for the Devil from HirschVA.
-General visual improvements, polishing, and optimization.
