Added:
- New 3x3 Cargo Hold (Non-bulk only).
- New Dynamic Massive Cargo Holds for 4 resources: Steel, gold, silver, and plasteel.
- Added the "bulk" prefix for the original cargo holds.
- The storages are now on their own "cargo holds" category.
- New storages now has significantly lower capacities, lower cost and have proper filters.

New filters (NON-BULK STORAGES ONLY):
- Small cargo - manufactured, plant matter, items, apparel, meals. excluding: armors, utilities, body parts.
- Cargo hold - manufactured, plant matter, items, apparel, meals. excluding: body parts.
- Refrigerated cargo hold - body parts, foods, apparel. excluding: armor.
- 2x2 cargo hold - all except chunks, corpses, plants, buildings.
- 3x3 cargo hold - all except chunks, corpses.
- Massive cargo hold - all items.
- Dynamic massive cargo hold - chunks and raw resources only. for now, plant matter, stone blocks, and gravlite panels are not included.

Removed:
Removed adjacency requirements for the new cargo holds and incorporated them into the placement grid. I tried to make it not look awkward and not take too much space. I hope that's alright.

Notes:
There's a visual inconsistency for the dynamic massive cargo holds when you place them side by side (or with other storages). This is a limitation on my implementation. This is by design for now.

TO DO:
- Create the other raw resources textures for the dynamic storages.
- Create a custom placeworker for the storages?
- Create linkable facilities for the storages (if that's even possible?.)
- Other types of cargo hold storages. I have a bunch in mind. Something similar to the 1x2 cargo hold and something twice the size of the massive cargo hold (if it's possible then this is going to be the biggest size, i swear.)

Hotfix: I forgot to remove the VEF shenanigans so it's showing an error when you don't have VEF installed. :P

Added:
2x2 Cargo Hold / 50 things / 4 cells / 400 steel*
Rotation textures for the massive cargo hold.

Changes:
Removed the cargo hold text for now.
Lowered refrigerated cargo hold's power consumption to 300.
Lowered cargo hold stackpercell to 50.
Lowered cargo hold hp.
Changed the steel cost of the massive cargo hold from 800 to 1200.
Changes to all cargo hold's WorkTobuild.

And some other changes that I might have forgotten about.
