Add missing SoundDef

Add a little glint effect on finish off, like allow tools does.

First pass at urgent haul and finish off

- Fixed keybind issue for select all and harvest
- Hold shift to ignore stuff

- Fix select on screen bugs.
- New select option to select by stuffable
- Add harmony patch for max selectables

Alter logic for the "x items allowed" messages to only include the ones we actually changed.
