Changes,

First Round of Rebalancing,

-Rebalanced ALL Tank Turret Modules to have reduced Breakthrough
-Rebalanced ALL Ammunition to have less stat multipliers
-Rebalanced ALL Tank Armanments to have less stats than the Double Barrel, Artillery, and Assault Tank Cannons
-Rebalanced ALL Tank Modules to have less stat multipliers and be more fair
-Made Interweaved Suspension Lore Accurate, your welcome Lord Bagle Mister Burger
-Added Terrain Stat Changes for if a Tank is Amphibius

NOTE: Amphibius, Assault, and Artillery Tank Variants are ONLY available for ERX for balance purposes as they all give heavy debuffs due to the ERB Tag. That and who will really use these in an OWB Setting aside from the NCR?

Fixes,

-Fixed normal OWB Nations having an Affixed Superstructure Tank Head, this was meant for ONLY ERX
-Fixed players being able to have multiple Easy Maintance and VATS modules at once, HA!
-Fixed the Assault Tank in ERX being INDESTRUCTUABLE! It can now be destroyed in battles, you freeloaders!
-Fixed various Tank Modules not giving proper effects
-Fixed Energy being weaker in Hard Attack compared to Ballistic Ammunition
-Fixed Localization Errors
-Fixed some GFX Errors

NOTE: For People using my TNO GUI Mod for ERX, you will still suffer the GFX Errors
