Technical updates.

* Graphics of stuffed melee weapons will be displayed correctly.
* Now MountAdapter of CompProperties_ModularWeapon has "rotation" variable.
* Now underbarrel abilities can have burst shot count.
* Bugfix about underbarrel abilities. Its charges will managed correctly, and now you can manually command to reload.
