-NPC CHANGES

--Several changes to the Arena npcs, dialogues and names:
+The three gladiators are now "The Blood Brothers", and each have a name: The Bull, The Tiger and The Eagle.
+Arena Advisor dialogues were change to incorporate the Blood Brothers new names and highlight the vanilla ones.
+Each Arena combatant has a unique piece of lore and a custom Costume Box, craftable after picking them up.
