- Fixed file naming issue conflicts with vanilla and other mod filenames (items.txt, craftingRecipes.txt and maybe models.txt) causing items like vanilla medicines (which are defined in vanilla items.txt) to disappear.

- Fixed item distribution tables for B41.
- Pick-up/place made possible with wrench and mechanics!!!

- Added recipes for crafting car lift columns and center pieces, along with a magazine to teach you the recipe (auto learn on mechanics:8 AND metalworking:6 on B42).
- Replaced old moveable lift tiles in favor of new craftable ones allowing to pick parts individually (and safer while loading cells)

- Added custom tiles to allow conversion from vanilla to Moveable tiles.
- Added Sandbox options to better accomodate different users.
- Implemented functions to convert and rollback tiles from vanilla to custom moveable and viceversa.
- Implemented power requirement, configurable via sandbox options. When enabled, it requires world or generator power.
- Included spanish translations for the sandbox options.
