Extended timer on End Turn button when shuffling more than one card added in a round

Added error handling for issue related to card shuffling during a turn.

Improved shuffle algorithm to correctly handle multiple cards added in a single turn.

Fixed rare bugs where cards were incorrectly shuffled in, or shuffling occurred when only one card was added.
