Added missing key file for server-side mod verification

Added missing details to TAN strap's color maps.

New more accurate mesh. Proper size to in-game rocket.

Added solid colors - Tan, Black, Coyote, OD, Winter, Green

Retextured much of the model, sorted out base colors and normal maps. Added more detail to buckles and straps.

Corrected error in config. Multicam NATO now has the right icon.

Fixed UV-Padding and removed an N-Gon from the mesh.

Fixed misaligned texture on rear velcro.
