New types entries are at the bottom of the types file seperated by a comment

- added indicator to show headlights are on (avoid killing battery)
- added flashlight proxy - player can attach flashlight and toggle on and off with headlight button

- now you should only required 2 wheels in your market and server files - this will also help with event spawns, players will only have to attach 2 wheels to make the bike function

during my testing, it sometimes broke existing bikes, not always..
