Update workshop item - tweaked launch angles for ASROC. When fired directly behind the ship, the missile would sometimes fly through the superstructure. Adjusted launch angles, Seems to be working.

Corrected squirrelly, corkscrewing RUR-5 ASROC launch that often crashed the ASROC and destroyed the Mk-46 Torpedo.
