added new Meth items to loot multiplier in sandbox settings. cleaned it up as well a little.

BIG UPDATE!
Meth Lab Kit added, to craft meth.
Includes a Beaker, Hot Plate, Cowffee Filters, Diethyl Ether, Pyrex Dish, Muriatic Acid, Round Bottom Flask, Sudo Packettes, and a Volumetric Flask.
Weed Baggies are now Weed Jars.
You also need to find the new Edible Munchies Magazine to learn how to cook Weed Edibles.

Added crack pipes to True Smoking script

Crack Pipes added!
Can smoke Crack and some Crystal in them.

Crack added!
Can craft crack with baking soda, a saucepan, and cocaine. Cooking 4+ required.
Put on a spoon to smoke. Working on adding crack pipes :)

Update to hopefully fix persistent high issue.
