Updated reworked N7 Sentinel. Added energy system that buffs dodge and can be used to give effects. Serious BUFF.

Made some fixes on the previous patch some values were wrong.
Everything should be fine i checked every armor on game.

Some fixes like wrong config headers etc.
Reworked Cyborg abilities gained from armor.
They are now using the Augmentations Abilities from Musashi.
ALOT more expensive also.
Made all Armors Single Built.

Reverted the hard limit cause it was not working right.

Added a hard limit of 6 extra perks for each class. All options can be modified or removed by editing the XComSS_Classes.ini

Added increased costs for all classes to buy abilities. So it will keep their power level creep low and make someone think twice before dumping AP on them.
