Basilisk Change Notes:
<Basilisk>
>Reworked AP. No more guaranteed/free actions. Basilisk now has 2 AP per turn.
>Glare now has Cooldown. Can only be used every other turn.
>Healing skill reduced from 2 uses to 1.
>Reduced DMG of skills, Bleed Chance, Bleed/Blight Resist.
>Additionally, reduced Bleed/Blight Amount for Apprentice and Veteran.
>Slightly buffed HP and Crit.
>Gave all attacks DMG bonus vs Marked.
>Gave Shriek moderate chance to Mark targets. This is to compensate for lack of mark generation from giving Glare a cooldown.
>Changed gems that Basilisk drops. Now only green and red shinies.
>Added: Replacement for Stress Heal effect: Basilisk now drops 3 of a unique gem, Celestial Splinter. Splinters can be used to eliminate stress, or held to sell at end of mission. Unique dialog for Crusader, Vestal, Leper, Occultist, and Flagellant on use.

Thanks to Adisca for pointing out a bug in Basilisk's "Shed Skin" move. After testing, I decided to get rid of the bonus action. The skill already gives extra Protection, which prevents the Basilisk from getting griefed right after healing; and, removing the bonus action also give the player a chance to breathe.

Noticed that the Basilisk's movelist was cluttered. Leap was always meant to be hidden in the UI. Added the required line, so now the Basilisk's UI looks a bit cleaner.

Adjusted Apprentice tier Basilisk to be closer to Rank 1 hero balance:
>Blight Resist 100 -> 80%
>Bleed Resist 100 -> 70%
>Debuff Resist 80 -> 60%
Lowered min and max damage of all skills
Lowered ACC of Whiplash and Vile Hunger
Lowered trinket drop rate from 30 -> 20%


Adjusted Veteran tier Basilisk:
>Blight Resist 110 -> 100%
>Bleed Resist 110 -> 80%
>Debuff Resist 90 -> 70%
Lowered trinket drop rate from 40 -> 30%


Adjusted Champion tier Basilisk:
>Bleed Resist 120 -> 100%
>Debuff Resist 100 -> 90%
Kept trinket drop rate at 50%


All Difficulties:
Removed Death Rattle (destress and horror clear) after discovering bug.
->Will replace with something else later. Resolving the error comes first.

Tweaked Trinkets:
Petrifying Amulet
+10 -> +5% Chance Party Surprised
Being ambushed isn't fun.

Barbed Tail Whip
-30 -> -20% Stun Resist
-30 -> -20% Stress Healing Received
Negatives outweighed positives.

Basilisk Drool
+25% Stress -> Removed
-60 -> -30% Blight Resist
SPD and Dodge debuff should be enough.

Token Hunter
-30% Stress Healing Received -> Removed
+5 -> +6% DMG
+5 -> +6% Stress
Removed SHR debuff and increased On Kill buffs to allow
for fast ramp up.

Tweaked Basilisk:
Shed Skin now applies a -20% Bleed Resist debuff to Basilisk, opening it up to Bleed synergies. For context, Basilisk can use Shed Skin 2 times, meaning it's debuffs will max at -20% Debuff Resist and -40% Bleed Resist.
