[Add-on] Allies Unknown Redux² – LWOTC Compatible

- As requested, if you have no species capable of being recruited the Recruit Non-Humans button in the armory should not be displayed. (hopefully)
- I've added a generalized Recruit Cost Scalar config variable. The species' default costs are based off of regular recruits costing 40 supplies. If in your campaign recruits cost some other arbitrary amount you can scale the aliens appropriately.
LWOTC Compatibility:
- The Gray Market labels are now updated if LWOTC is active to reflect their new functionalities (or lack thereof).

- If you're using the Dragons species module, now their rescue mission will properly use its LW counterpart.

Fixed an ancient bug that resulted in the config values from Allies Unknown Redux not to be zeroed out properly. Notably, this resulted in two aliens being granted at campaign start.

- Changed the color of the SWOs' fonts to a cleaner white.
- Added the disclaimer that, if you're using LWOTC, the Alternate Argonian toggle needs a game reboot.

New Second Wave Options:
I've changed some stuff around from MCM toggles to proper Second Wave Options, as they would only properly apply to new campaigns anyway.
- Alien at Gatecrasher: have an alien recruit join your squad for the first mission
- Disable AU Faction: you can now make it impossible to contact the new faction, stopping it from rolling extra covert actions.

Added New MCM Option:
- If you have the Argonians species module there will be an MCM toggle to switch between the two argonian kits. This can be done pretty much at any time and, from that point onwards, will dictate which kit the generated argonians will use. If you also use the Saurians module, this toggle will have no effect.

- Just a minor fix to ensure the correct Character Pool Selection Mode is used by the new Reward_Rookie added when LWOTC is active.

- Now the unlocked customization for the aliens is only activated if UCR is loaded (or by manually changing the config switch). This is just a measure to ensure no weirdness with the lack of invisible parts.

- Fixed the process that unlocked Aliens' appearance customization. Now they should properly be able to select voices and hair, for those that don't use UCR.
