Around 12 New States Have Been Added.

French Indochina Has Been Added,
Removed The Free CIty Puppet Type As It Was Causing Some Issues.
Japan Can No Longer Move Divisions From Korea To The Home Islands.

Around 40 new states have been added,

divided rhineland
more states in france
a few more states in poland
some states in china and french indochina
added the free city of danzig

the events are even MORE broken haha.
