new update, sorry for the delay!
in general: new ships, new missiles, completely new balancing, and ironed out a ton of bugs
- 1986 variants for many ships, pre NTU but with 80's SM-1/SM-2 and harpoon variants alongside some minor sensor upgrades throughought the years (virginia, OHP, kidd)
- new 1975 SM-1 armed ships before harpoon (long beach, virginia, leahy, belknap, coontz, both adams class's)
- new 1965 tartar armed adams class destroyers
- new models for standard missiles + terrier/tartar
- RIM-24B and RIM-24C as new additions
- SM-2s now have midcourse guidance
- more tweaks to AAMs, should be performing better now
- new balancing for USN SAMs
- 1989 sub variants have anechoic coating, moderately reduced (~3dB) base noise and slightly reduced flow noise (~5%) for all post 86 USN subs
- rebalance flight II LA class acoustic characteristics
- change harpoon flight profiles, both variants less agility but block 1C has a more lethal terminal pop-up
- rebalance USN guns against air and missile targets (much better performance like PELT's new changes)
- new realistic datalink feature for CG/SM-2 and NTU ships, unable to fire past FC limitations despite missile kinematic ranges
- rebalance EA-6B ALQ-99 jammer
- rename SPG-55B to SPG-55D
