Update: Mar 30 @ 4:26am

- Updated to 1.16.4

Update: Mar 1 @ 5:42pm

- There was an issue with the Polish events. This has been fixed.

Update: Feb 15 @ 10:03pm

- The Japanese actually lose control of Shanghai now.

- Japan will actually lose control of Loc Viet as well.

- Madagascar got properly screwed up in the update. So now "Raza I" will actually be made leader of the Despotism Party if chosen like he should have been to start. Additionally the Malagasy Republic's generals will have their correct portraits and will not magically lead an invasion of Essex. Their supposed to hate the French in this case, not the English.

- The Italian high command found the roll call list and will not refer to generals and leaders with brackets.

I am not saying this is even sort of 100% bug free but I have done a number of test games and things seem to be running smoothly. Although the map is a lot more lively than I remember.

- I re-enabled the justification for war button by default. (I don't know why TNO and Kais have set this as a standard for scripting but I greatly dislike it. Red Floods vanilla style politics is what drew me to the mod in the first place.)

- I disabled the new politics system with new society development, economy, and government laws. Now its vanilla styled once again. (At least EAW gives you a method to reduce or remove these debuff systems. I find this style just frankly tedious.)

- I set the default paths for the Kuban Union, Siberia, and Yakutia back to random. (I read they were set like that to show off the new content in Two steps back but it just gets very old seeing the same focuses without variety.)

- Reversed course of the Indochina civil war. The civil war war now plays out like it did in "Two steps forward" with the Liberation front in the North, and the Rejuvenation front in the south, and Tojo stuck in the middle.

- Kazan has been given it's classic name of "Orenburg" back and its classic focus tree has been restored, flags and all, as well.

- The Congo States have been restored in Name, Flag, and leader to their classic states. (I really wish they would just settle on what to do. This is the 4th time its received an overhaul with no focus tree's or actual changes.)

- Ethiopia has been restored to its classic state, leaders, flags, and all. (Again, it gets an overhaul with no substance. If you still want Italian Ethiopia, then puppet the "Ethiopian State" with a despotic government.)

- The Southwest African Protectorate has been reabsorbed back into South Africa because I needed a free tag.

- The Tuareg Territory has received its classic leader portrait and idea icons.

- The Republic of the Upper Volta has been given its classic ideas along with its new additions. (They actually had an entire focus tree planned out in the files with decisions but it seems it has been scrapped.)

- Mali and the Guinean Imamate have been given their classic ideas along with the new ones.

- The Kingdom of Italy has reclaimed Libya and Tunisia.

- The Sublime Porte has been given Mersin for Balance.

- The Spanish civil war factions have been given their classic leaders. (The New guy for Barcelona just looks dull and my crusade against colored glasses continues by putting Ramon Gomez back where he belongs with the nationalist.)

- The Indian states have been given their classic borders again with several states re-added to the map.

- The Beiyang Government has been given a new decision to take Yudayakoku down for one of its cores. I have also "fixed" the decision to reclaim the Zhili Clique.

- Kornilov has been removed from his post in Siberia. He is busy as it is in the Steppes.

- The classic focus tree's for Poland, Finland, and Belarus, have been restored. (I do plan on allowing them to exist along with the new tree's but that takes time.)

- The Irish Republic and the Irish Free State have had their colors switched.

Do you like decisions? Because, BOY, did I add a few!

- The Manchurian State now has decisions to reclaim, Taiwan, Mongolia, Harbin, Yudayakoku, Tibet, and the Mainland.

(To reclaim Harbin you must complete the focus, "Rebuilding the Manchu State". To reclaim Yudayakoku you must complete the focus, "Back to Harbin".)

- Additionally, the Manchu state now has the ability to form the "Northern Qing" with a new flag after defeating the Beiyang Republic and Japan. (You get to core MOST of the northern land but from then on, your on your own until you defeat the rest of the Chinese states.)

- Once China is fully conquered you can core the rest of the Mainland by forming the "Great Qing" and even get a snazzy new super event!

- On a lesser Note, Italy has been given the port of Ningbo to fit in with earlier lore and they have also received the port city of Qingdao because I like to imagine they went a little crazy and sniped it at the same time without considering the consequences.

- I have also somewhat Nerfed the Belgian Congo tree to give less factories in the latter half as I felt it was too overpowered. (I still think it is but less so now.)

- The News event for Ethiopian unification now how a unique photo rather than stealing one from Lebanon and the Japanese news event for Victory over china has a unique photo as well rather than stealing from the British events.

If you are unable to start you game as of 12/29/24, that is the fault of the Red Flood Dev's and their is nothing I can do about it. I have read they are close to releasing a patch for GotterD so I will update when that has been released.
