- stadtbahn track types reduced to a 100km/h max speed (somewhat more realistic)

- updated the track naming convention to move the usage type (S = Straßenbahn) after the track gauge, so that they get listed together instead of being split apart in the menu, additionally removing "mm" after the gauge to clean up the menu visually

- new track type added; "half buried" (modelled after Leipzig's Großzschocher terminus, which has a unique varient of stadtbahn track)

- minor adjustments to texture names for mod unification purposes (shouldn't affect anything in game)
