Updated for 6.2 - fixed a reset_shroud bug, causing the shroud to be reset for all the factions in the game, instead of just the intended factions. The issue was caused by faction string parameters being used instead of faction script interfaces for the reset_shroud command.

Updated for 6.1.1:

- Gelt's starting enemy is now the previously unused Skaven faction Clan Fester, while the Treehammer Ogres have been moved to the Niedling region of Stirland, not to cause control and income difficulties in Talabecland, ensuring their survival and access to their mercenaries for a bit longer;
- Gelt now expands toward Krugenheim first, rather than Talabheim, to complete his initial province closer to Festus. This also ensures that the first settlement battle is not a siege and allows him to recruit Ogre mercenaries from the Treehammers on turn 1.

If the player is neither Gelt nor Katarin, AI Gelt and Katarin now start with a trade agreement to avoid a war breaking out between them.

A small decrease in relations between the Western Provinces and the Burning Wind Nomads was added, to nullify the bonus from their starting peace treaty.
