Major update part 2:
New: A large facility elevator that can be self built, which will lead to a 100x100 underground space
New: Material transportation elevator, which will transport materials to the receiving end when powered on. It can transport up to 48 items at once and can also be used as a material storage rack when not powered on or turned off. The receiving end can choose to transport materials between different levels.

Landfilling the safe house: Now the safe house staircase can be buried. After opening it in the mod settings, manually burying the safe house staircase can remove it, which will completely lose the underground space connected by the staircase.

Fix: Colonizers foraging AI is now also affected by floor control, and colonizers will not cross floors to search for food without permission
Fix: Increased calculation of wealth errors. Now the sub map wealth can be correctly added to the main map, and all main map events only calculate the main map wealth.
