- USA will no longer receive a 2000 election party victory in 2004 and 2008
- PLA will now properly peace out with Taiwan if it controls all the provinces in the island
- Divisions spawned in the South African Collapse are now limited by the populations of the states
- NATO will no longer send military equipment to communist Poland
- Unit Limiter UI moved on the top of the deployment GUI to prevent it from blocking the training divisions
