With the new Anbennar update I removed their "Optimus" Unit which is broken forcing the ai to pick that over their normal units.

Watching EU4 on youtube and seeing alliances not honored "Shameful Display"

monstrous_nation = -2.5 (was -1.5)
dishonoured_alliance - -5 (was -1)
defender_of_faith_refused_cta = -3 (was -1)

Revised the Halfling Disaster to be more punishing.
Utilize Event 1 and Event 2 more, because Event 3 does not immediately fire.

Tried different times for this disaster to begin. Works best before the League War ~1550 vs when the League War is eligible to begin.

Will be revisited to assist in their survival post independance
