Redid how I do body part filtering to hopefully completely avoid any future cases of invisible body parts during character creation and any weird part randomizations after creation.

- Fixed tattoos/facepaint/scars not showing up.
- Fixed missing limbs upon changing soldier type.
- Changed default non-UCR body part sorting to sort by DLC first and then alphabetical.

- Fixed cloth items not being colored/patterned correctly.
- Fixed customization items reverting sometimes due to armor/gender issues when going out and back into the customization menu.
- Fixed an issue where after using UCR and moving to a custom torso, it would break your normal selection after disabling UCR.
- Fixed flag sometimes being incorrect when finished customizing. (Flag was being set from just a hover, and not clicking)
- Fixed tattoos sometimes not working.
- XSkin is now compatible. Make sure to disable the `Use Weapon Customization` Option for it to work.
- Changed the automatic naming for parts that don't have localization to work like vanilla where the format is `PartCategory #` and only use the word `Option` as a fallback word for any custom categories.
- Character info screen now has buttons that let you randomize the unit's First/Last/Nick names, Country and Biography.
- Further optimization on item previewing.
- Added an 'Import from Character Pool' option for units.
- Added a 'Randomize Appearance' option for units.

- Fixed some parts not showing up in the normal menus unless UCR was enabled.
- Fixed Current Selection item to be a scrolling text, instead of it going outside the panel for long names.
- Increased performance when previewing different items and whenever adjusting manual color.
- Unlocalized body parts now get automatic localization, similar to vanilla behavior.
- Fixed to ensure that Colors, Camos, Helmet and Override options are now part of the Stored Appearance data.
- Fixed the menu from not showing up sometimes when starting to customize a unit.
- Added options to disable this mod's weapon customization and model scaling, in order to prevent other mods from getting overridden.
- Reworked how the pawn scaling works, so it should work correct with custom characters. Also enabled it for SPARKs.
- Adjusted Menus to be placed in front of characters, so that their models don't end up blocking the screens.
- Added Soft and Hard Blacklist for items. The hard blacklist is a config setting that completely removes the body part. The soft blacklist is setup by editing the item's option using the in game menus.
- Added the ability to setup custom properties on items for filter/visualization purposes, similar to UCR.

- UCR no longer displays SPARK parts for regular soldiers and vice versa. (That's a little too unrestricted)
- Fixed weapon colors misbehaving with storage (Issue was that I was storing color on infinite weapons or unmodded ones)
- Fixed so that now default weapon color will start off with whatever the Highlander setting is (`iDefaultWeaponTint`)
- You can now click on the Current Color to open it up and manually type in a HEX Color
- Added sorting options when UCR is enabled (Name Asc, Name Desc, DLC/Mod Asc, DLC/Mod Desc)
- The customize button in the Weapon Upgrade screen no longer removes the original list of buttons, but instead modifies it, allowing other mods to coexist
- Added EYExtender support
- Fixed custom soldier data not transfering from the Character Pool to campaign units
- Fixed the memorial bar details UI not saving custom info when saving a character to the character pool

- Fixed DLC/Mod icons not showing up on items
- Lists are now populated over time instead of all in one go. This used to cause game hangs for people with low-end machines or high amounts of mods.
- Mod now has Unrestricted Customization as an option. To be clear, you don't need the Unrestricted Customization Redux mod for this to work. The mods can never be compatible the way they work at the moment. With the mod owner's blessing, I've managed to recreate most of UCR's functionality. More to come soon, hopefully.
- Reworked how item customization is stored. Apologies if your current weapon customization is lost.
