Reverted the cost change of the heavy turret. 12 components was way too much, I forgot autocannons had a component cost of 9.
Removed debug logging from the tree interception rework.

Heavy turrets are now 2x1 instead of 1x1. They also cost more components.
Any heavy turrets in existing saves will harmlessly minify themselves.
