## Gameplay
• Added the Industrial Regulation law group, to be expanded on in 1.8
• Added Plutocracy Government law, boosting industrialists
• Added "Pest Control" policing law, boosting adventurer coverage
• Added Political Lobbies to Yulugs subjects. The Industrialists, Landowners and Armed force will want to warm up to the overlord, while the rest of the IGs push for independence
• Durandmarche added to Lake Bossard.
• So'lia added, East-Lacertian tag in Locari
• New Awakened Ape-Tags
• Added 3 unique companies to Arrador
• Added the Mavelian religion in Arrador and surrounding areas
• Characters can now spawn as Starbrands of the Fey or of the Golem

## Art
• Orcs now have tusks
• Seleneth, Teferet, and Anwarth have had their colors changed
• Yulug has received a unique state picture for its capital city, Khor-Hurzk

## Balance
• Added the Arcana Party as a default party for the mages IG
• Changed Darvak from National Supremacy to Cultural Exclusion
• Added a good soils (Pearly Meadows) state trait to Arrador
• Added some Wealders and a Wealder homeland to Mount Yelfis, in Darvak
• Replaced Pecif culture's Settler Coast culture trait with Uriks Passage
• Replaced the Bossardi in Whiskerfields with more Wealders
• Redid the pop culture demographics and numbers in Arrador
• Changed the Ocelian minorities in Landing at Sea and Tostig's Dike to Ralaurians
• Added some resources to Arrador, namely hunting
• Dreadmoor's blood tithes now properly weigh where to send pops
• Wizards are now always included in manor houses under certain magic laws.
• Added government admin professionalism PM that employs wizards under the court mages law
• Boosted mages IG power with the magical proliferation institution instead of just archmages
• Added urban center churches PM option that hires wizards under when under the traditional precedent law.

## Content
• Added Pre-Industrial tags. These have a different starting political setup with a new Interest Group: Tribes
• Two new gnoll formables for the Hyena Plains, including a related JE for Prowlhold. Unite the Nyolli and embrace the mountain!
• The Dwarven settlements of the Nyollyx are now on the map
• A slew of historical gnollish leaders, agitators, and generals have been added
• New jungle gnoll releasable tag "Mkolla", within Thassarcia

## Balance
• Flussholm's bloc has been rebalanced. Kamui is a March. Salzland is a dominion. Rannor is independent now.
• Ceraun demographics rebalanced
• Prilyra has been tuned up.
• Yingulnado now no longer starts as part of the Ring of Steel bloc, but begins the game with a pro-Khaduras lobby.
• Both Skravend and Prowlhold's starting tech and starting laws have been improved
the claims situation on the Hyena Plains has been improved, and should produce less bordergore going forward
• Ceraun now starts the game with a pro-Dumonia lobby
• The Ocelian Locari company now starts the game with a pro-Emerald League lobby
• Fixed some homelands in Khaara Ur
• Added a Hornodukh homeland to Kargishabbo
• Added a small minority of Thiralians to their island colony of Umagama
• Skravend now starts the game with an anti-Thassarcia lobby
• Shirhuajian now starts the game with an anti-Yulug lobby
• Added 2 Coalfield TP states to Arrador
• Added a Moorwealder culture trait to Wealder, Coast Halfling, Mousefolk, and Yelfi cultures
• The Orcs of Embervein have been demoted to unrecognized.

• Thassarcia now has homesteading
• Arrador has had its demographics redone and has more pops now overall
• Kailando's demographics have been fixed and made proper
• Kailando itself has FAR more pops now
• Removed Frontier Colonization from Seleneth

## Bugfixes

• Fixed Yulug vassals doing nothing but spamming gov admins forever by giving them gov admins. And removing their police forces.
• Fixed Hobgoblin training standards. Now properly makes Yulug armies harder to rout and more deadly.
• Fixed Hobgoblin Yoke to be actually fulfillable
• Possible Divide by 0 crash fixes.
• Finally fixed the positivist baby
• Removed double malaria from Kunduzov
• Removed a stray Awakened Fauna homeland in Chintanagiri
• Fixed the state with zero pops of Ribagar in the Plaguewoods

Weekly Update, October 21th, Week 42.

• Almost all of Kharaa Ur is now releasable, with some parts being further balkanizable
• Fixed a bug where only one of Dumonia's underlying nations could be released in a peace deal at a time. We encourage you to test this
• added new gulf naga formable "Kulkedliak", along with a handful of releasables in the region
• A slew of new releasables means that Ravik can now be properly balkanized. One or two more on the way.
• Added Journal for Ceraun to handle their halfling minorities
• Added Real Union subject type, mainly for historical content
• the hole in Skravend has been filled with rocks, and some of their cities have been loc'd
• Made it clear to adventurers that archeology is part of their portfolio, closing another privatization loop.
• Capped adventurer coverage demand from unused arable land to 100
• Fisheries that catch abnormal fish have been renamed to reflext that fact. Also squiddies.
• A lot of small fixes, at least one naval exit added
• Added refridgeration to sea snakes
• Fixed Naga formable
• Fixed one of Yulug's historical agitators. Poor guy actually a lady got lost in the DLC vortex.
• Many secret goals fixed. Prepare to be antagonized by a nation who's name you can not pronounce.

• Dovbush got their general back
• (Re)instated a small amount of religious freedom in the South Seas Company
• Rustaxe found their two missing generals and put them back into their army
• As did Khaduras
• The South Seas Company found their admiral
• Taught a certain ogre nation that no, they can not have 1.5 Million popes as slaves. They should be content with pops, instead.
• Pearfields naval port-al to Thassarcia has been closed
• Fixed Serbinelle not being considered coastal
• Restored Dragon isles subject flags
• Awakened Wildlife can now enact anarchism from the start of the game
• Overhauled the society tech tree, many techs including socialism and political agitation now come in slightly earlier.
• Observatories are now capped to one per state.
• Added flag to brynurin
• Cooperative Ownership is now allowed under anarchy without Council Republic as long as socialism is researched.
• The hyena plains have received some well-deserved love, including border redraws, a localization overhaul, and some arable land buffs

• Unrecognized major powers can now become unification candidates. This means that Great Gavkhan and Nagabumi can form as intended.
• First phase of Goblin overhaul deployed. Gavkhan + Eastern Emperor's Marbles Goblin tags updated
• First part of yulug rework is out, this area is still very experimental and will continue being worked on during the upcoming weeks
• Added custom interest group ideologies for Armed Forces, Devout and Landowners in hobgoblin countries
• Added Journals for Yulug's vassals to change primary culture on independence or autonomy change
• Added army journal to Yulug to simulate their elite and conservative army
• Added Banners, an unrecognized variant of the "March" subject type.
• Rotfarms added to undertags
• Underground hunting added to undertags
• Mushroom Tea Farms added to undertags
• Added halfling baking powder event
• Added Lapis Mines, these will be distributed further soon

• Added binturong portraits

• Over 300 tundra provinces were swapped to terrains more appropriate for their location

• Rebalanced Country Ranks

• Added Cacti Fields to salt wastes
• Added "March" subject type, this is a variant of protectorate that is forced to join the overlord's wars. New Marches can be established through diplomacy with protectorates.
• Imposing religion is not blocked if the target is a subject whose independence is supported by another country. This will mostly affect Thiral's starting relations with the Feylight Reservation
• Teferet now starts the game supporting the indepdence of Feylight reservation. Relations have been adjusted to reflect this.
• Added the Dreamweaver Jungle; new terrain type in Central Locari.
• Dreamweaver Jungle actually has trees now. More to come.
• Undermountain terrain has been applied to underground regions. More to come.
• Diseased Forest terrain has been applied to the Plaguewoods
• Military treaties now start with the "Call Ally" sway from the Defensive cooperation 3 Principle. The "Free Wargoal when supporting ally" effect has been removed from the power bloc and put onto the Defensive cooperation 3 Principle to compensate.

• Major nations of Mankind now hate Ravik as they should. -50 relations across the board for Great Human Powers
• Arrador has been rebalanced and focused on its Gizmo primacy. IT produces less unnecessary tools now and a bit less steel. Prestige from Gizmos increased.
