Added more animation to the clouds on the left. cleaned up the background with Photoshop.

corrected some cloud movement. Made it so the over all background moves more so viewers with a lower desktop bar can see the buildings.

added more animation to her hair. Animated the left side clouds. Added an option to turn off the rain.
