Some other minor tweaks to the Neat Storage patch.

Completely reworked Neat Storage patches with a clear vision. No longer removes so much stuff, things like open shelves have been restored and relabeled to make them fit alongside regular storage buildings.
Storage buildings now generally have a niche or purpose. For example, crates are now cheaper but can only store raw resources, large shelves are generalists, etc.

Nerfed the hay yields of grass to 2. At lower plant skills, this translates to 0-1 hay per grass.
